It's a long time since a weigh in. I have had 2 weeks overseas and a week of holiday in this country. I pulled a hammy or something similar at Parkrun, so I can't exercise properly. I am giving up even pretending that I am watching my weight until after Xmas, and will recommence with all the New Year's resolutioners in January.
