no change on my weight lately, I snack too much and I am too anxious to get back in the gym. I feel very bad about it. I plan on slowing down a LOT in terms of snacking on unhealthy things. It’s just hard. I’ve been starting to shop using a grocery list which has helped me not buy so many extras.

Does anyone have any success doing at home workouts? Just until I can feel comfortable driving to the gym again, I just feel like such a couch potato. I overthink too much 😔 Ty for the help

I bought an under desk peddling machine for $10 on marketplace. I exercise while watching TV. I'm able to burn 500 calories in 45 minutes. every bit helps.

I love working out at home, I have weights, stationary bike, jump rope. Workout an hour 💪🏻 and a half 5 days.

ty for the recommendation, I’m not sure how to actually respond to other comments on this app so hopefully you see this 🌻 I have some weights, and luckily it isn’t too cold out by me so I can walk outside. I live in an apartment though so I can really only have my weights ty for the help 🌻

I work out at home, I use a lot of workout dvd’s,Tae Bo, boxing workouts with Michael Olajide. Secret is consistency, I set my time for when I wake up, and make sure I burn no less than 500 calories. I try to mix it up too, that way I don’t get bored doing the same thing over and over. Hope this helps you. 🙏

Do you like music and to dance? I find fast dancing to music very active and burns quite a bit of calories you could combine that with weights or use resistance bands while listening to music if you find that more helpful. Other ideas 🤔💡 squats, lunges, using your own body for strength training and resistance exercises. I personally don't have a lot of equipment myself at home so I do a lot of strength based exercises using my own body weight or gallons of water I drink a lot of water so I have a lot of gallons on hand or toddlers you can use toddlers as weights if you have a couple of those around the same size...kinda a joke 🤣😅 but I do, lol... my three and a half year old weighs 42 lbs my 6-year-old was 38 lb and no I did not reverse the two weights. Idk why she's Aria's in the 85%, and Thorin is in the 15% for weight I promise I feed them at the same table appropriate amounts. I don't short him on food and I don't give her more. 🤷 The doctor says they even out eventually 😁.
