Induction! Day 4---New Challenge hit perfect! 3 Low Carb Meals/Day and at least 8 glasses of water. I have been really bad about not drinking enough water for months. I can take one package of the sugar free water flavor and split it into several different glasses of water and that's enough flavor to help me get my water in. BF fixed eggs for breakfast this morning! Takes all the work out of it for me-Now it's back to working at 12 hr day in front of a computer---how oh how will I ever get exercise in?? I'll have to figure something out!
