How's it going? Hope you are well! 

Haha, not to bad Deb! How are you doing? I read something about a gain in weight?? Haha, decimals don't count, unless they are a 1 or a 9, haha. I'm, in my chemo, ran out of steam here, getting close to the end, then I work like a machine for the 6 weeks after. It has a really hard diet restrictions last 2 weeks here. (http://www.virtualtrials.com/pcvdiet.cfm) So I can't eat a lot. Well I can but it messes my food all up. But other then that I keep going hard. I'm still down in the 6.22% body fat, and trying to build a lot of mass up here. Its working really well, a pound a week. Except I hit the wall last week...Sucked all my juice out. I might try to hit it up today. You have any photo's? I know your hiding them, if you feel like it, you should send me some email or something. Id really like to see the work you have done! I'm sure I have some as well, I take a photo at the end of every month. Its good to hear from you! Ill send a message with my email. 

Aaron, my husband won't allow me to show my photos. The chemo knocks the energy down, I'm sure. Have you had your thyroid checked recently? You might need synthroid or something. Take it easy. Praying for you! 

I totally understand, that's ok! Yeah pretty sure we go check all that stuff over and over...its alright, Almost done. Then its party time. Haha as in work out, and go maybe on a holiday somewhere warm!

No, I still have 2 days and a week. Its the longest hardest part. So I mainly stay in bed, with not much motivation to do anything. I relax and let the days go by. Its will be over sooner or later, haha. How are you doing?
