Haven't recorded for some time. I have been maintaining my weight well. Life is great with a smaller body mass, I love being able to walk into a shop and fit anything I like. I feel that I finally. look good. I plan on just a taste of everything over Christmas and New Year... worked for me last year. I am committed to never putting the weight back on. No more reasons or excuses in my days. I just do it.

well done, you are reminding me of the importance of maintaining the change and not becoming complacent, I am near my goal weight and in the past have achieved the goal I had set with my weight only to think I have now achieved my goal and then gone back to my old habits. I do not want to fall back into old habits so am being very mindful at this time of excess xmas and to enjoy myself but within limits

awesome to hear your encouraging acheivement im about 2 to 3 k off my goal weight but my progress has slowed tummy fat very stubborn
