Intuitive eating

Have been on holiday for 7 days, so trying to do intuitive eating. I have found foods that my body likes and doesn't like! I have learnt that exercise doesn't always have to be confined to a gym or gym classes. There are so many more activities that can be done outside and with others. Weight has gone up slightly, but learning to not be obsessed with the scales and focus more on my energy levels and less aches and pains.
Goal is still to lose weight...but without losing myself in the process.
