Musician I'm glad that you're happy to see me! I didn't actually leave as I still was in touch minimally thru PM & some journals but not like I really wanted or needed to be. It feels good to chat with you & all the buddies again :) And, thank you for the compliment on my avatar....*I* love it too :) That fat self is being shed little by little every day! Musician- I was referring to the goal of *understanding* the "diet" you & Bill are doing. As for changing things up? Nope, I posted that as I benefited so well with Oct's focus I was continuing it into Nov. :) But anyway.......I got a book that I'm thinking will explain in terms that I can grasp,or at least that's my hope.Bail if you want to Music Man but tell me one thing..... Must one be a "geek" to get it?! ;>
