Glad my weight is still going down. with my calories I eat every day, I'm trying to increase the protein intake. Haven't done as much steps as I would like the past week. Energy levels went splat and I hit a wall yesterday, so decided to listen to my body and have a lazy day. Literally a day where I blobbed. Back into weights today, feel better for allowing myself a true rest day.
