Glad the scales have gone down. but of a shocker of a week for food. working night shift is always hard, shared meals and it being seen as rude to not partake. However it did give me more time during the day to get my steps in and my weight training, thank goodness for consistency there!
Been tired and hungry this week. Usually 1 x week before a period I want to eat like a grizzly bear hibernating for 6 months 🤦🏿‍♀️
But was so glad that my hard work in the gym and general eating hasnt had an adverse effect on the scales. Listing every single item has me more accountable and aware of what and when I am eating.
