Adjusted my calorie intake for my movement all day to incorporate the physical exercise at work. Just included counting steps as well. Also being honest with everything that goes in my mouth. Found out I consume alot more 'empty' calories than I thought. Having a food and exercise diary seems to make me more accountable and consistant. Hoping to be able to have this as a way of life compared to an obsession.
