- Coffee with milk and sugar - Future life chocolate oats (no sugar added, made with boiling water only)
Lunch: This one I enjoyed. - Cauliflower and Brocolli mix (boiled from frozen) about 250grams. - White cheddar melted over the top. yummmm
Snack: - Tin of tuna in brine - Table spoon of Cross and Blackwell (light) mayonnaise - 6 Provita (multi grain)
Dinner:
- Coffee with milk and Sugar - Future life honey oats
Excersice:
Here is the problem. It was one of those days. Started work at 6am left at 19:30pm. No time for exercise. - 31800 steps
Result: 0.6kg loss
