April 2. I really need to give this all of my effort. I have put on 13 pounds over the winter. All the yummy Christmas cookies and what not. I plan to do at least 10 min cardio per day and cut out my carbs. I just turned 39 and I am getting older so it will be harder to take the weight off. I want to have energy and have clothes fit!! Let's see where I'm at in 30 days.
