Woohoo! I've dropped 17 lbs in the last 5 1/2 weeks! This is my first weigh-in. Mostly, I feel like I need to begin weighing just to see if what I'm doing is working. Looks like it basically is. I am not going to worry about getting enough calories. I know some people warn that going too low will put your body in starvation mode. Thing is, once I fasted for 30 days. I never stopped losing weight that whole time, even though I ate nothing. So I really think that if I keep enough fat and protein in my diet so that I have energy to move, I can be on the low end for calories. In any case, I am going to continue to try to keep my fat % high and not worry about eating "enough" until it stops working for me. Thanks for all your encouragement!!
