I gained. I knew I would I am surprised it wasn't more considering I haven't been trying since september. I know the 5 hours a night of running around cooking,chopping, and no sitting breaks at all helped me not gain so much. I am going to re-boot and get going again. If I have cycles of losing and then going off and gaining only a fraction of what I lost it's fine with me. I get bored easily and I am surprised I lasted so long before I lost interest.

I get bored easily as well, I must have about 20 workout videos that I have put aside after a few months. I hate that about myself. If I could just stick with something it might have a chance to start working for me. At least we can always start something new and not just give up. Keep going even if it's with something new. My new choice of workout is a weighted hula hoop, lots of fun!!
