It's been a challenging first week and I've had some binges and resisted logging my food but I've still lost weight. I've decided to eliminate gluten from my diet for a month to see how I feel, since I've identified that baked items are like a trigger for me - when I start to eat them I lose control and overeat, then move directly into a cycle of craving and bingeing. I'm hoping by cutting wheat-based products out of my diet that I'll stop this cycle.
