90kg. Not delighted with that but doing something about it. I'm pretty muscular (100kg conventional deadlift) and fit (22 mile bike ride this week and daily outdoor time and yoga every morning), but I know I need to reduce my body far. Previously had success with Slimming World but need to do something different so here I am.
This week's goal is 1kg off and I'll weigh myself on Sunday mornings.
