had a few "off days", not enough food-veggies, or water, got to
try alot harder, also on exercise~~~~~~ I have 24 days to be very strict with me, til we have ham and potatoe filling, and all the trimmings. SO, here iis to us and the next 24days MAKE them as good as we possibly can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think my momma is coming home tomorrow, will be as though a ton of
