My name is Jan, I am 31 years old and I have always been on the diet yo-yo. I wanted to finally lose the weight and keep it off! I was always a chubby child and had the thin friends that I always aspired to be like. I now look at weight loss and exercise as the way to stay healthy. I'm tired of feeling sluggish and tired. I can feel the weight on my body and it's not good. I have lost a total of 29 lbs. and have another 10 or 15 to go. I haven't been this small since high school so I feel great!!
