I've been all over the place since starting to use this app... It's called desperation 🤷🏻♀️
I gained all my weight when I went on oral contraceptives shortly before getting married. I quit the contraceptive due to other side effects about 1 year later in November 2017. Ever since I've been unable to lose much weight - doctors all saying I'm crazy for thinking it could possibly be the contraceptive. Regardless, I've tried all the options - my own version of low carb, a typical bodybuilding diet, IIFYM, intuitive eating, Herbalife, all sorts of sports supplements; none of it worked.
Last Monday I joined the online RMR program. Since then I've dropped 3.6kg and 4cm around my waist - the biggest drop in over 3 years. I expect my weight loss to slow down, but for now I'm excited to see movement. Let's see where this banting/keto journey takes me!
