Day 28 /90 of my own personal challenge..im feeling super happy with my weigh in today, but must be reminded i still have a ways to go!

Goals are to: Eat Clean, Drink lots of green tea & water, Hit up 90 minutes of bikram yoga & lower the amount of carbs i am taking in to ensure that i get through this week without any discouraging weight gain. My weekend is starting to get more and more jam packed and so i need to start thinking about it now and how i wont be over indulging during these social events that i am partaking in. Plus the man friend is home making it even more of a challenge to stay on track....

M1 - Fruit & Cottage Cheese
M2 - Protein Shake
M3 - Chicken & WW Pasta
M4 - Triscuits & Protein Shake
M5 - Fish & Greens

I wish i had more time to report the personals & Hilariousness I encounter in my everyday life... but i must get to work.
