Okay the holidays are over... the fun of eating whatever is over. Back on it today! This year I will reach my goal (and then some)... It is crazy that since Thanksgiving I have been eating like a "regular" person... and I feel gross... and have gained 5 pounds! Ugh... I am so excited to be back!
