So I got a really good workout today 7 hours after breakfast. My plan was simple; I hit all muscle groups with 3 sets lasting 2 minutes, and my target was a 10 second range of motion per repetition. I did the following exercises:
Single Leg Press
Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell Curl compound with overhead press
Superset Single arm Lat Pulldown with Upright Row
2 Leg Press
