Today was a feasting day and I destroyed 3300 calories in only 2 meals. I also went down to the gym and lifted a few dumbbells to get a feel for time under tension with compound movements. AthleanX had some good videos on YouTube for that. I wasn't sure if I did enough to feel it but after 20 minutes I feel the blood flowing. I will need a good fitness tracker with a stopwatch feature. Zero post workout calories for me because those are already being digested, and now I begin a 36+ hour fast.
