Today I ate and drank without worrying at all about the clock or the scale. The scale confirmed my choices too. Tomorrow I fast zero calories with an afternoon workout. It will be my 3rd time through the fasted workout regimen and I am getting better at it. On the other side of the next 48 fasted hours I plan on eating with a higher focus on my total nutrient uptake. I've been averaging 5500 calories within 24 hours followed by a 48 hour fast over the past week. I wasn't hungry but I felt weak at the end of my last fast. Let's see how the next one goes.
