@northernmusician - @JimmiePop turned me on to Leangains (Martin Berkhan) and the article https://leangains.com/fuckarounditis/ - - So I do Squats and Deadlifts. It is definitely affecting my abs.

Thanks for the replies guys. Did will tonight at the dinner. 1 small dessert and maybe 1 cup of mashed potatoes. Tomorrow is deads, mil press and biceps. Wed I'll be building a couple of boxes to set up the bench for seal rows.
