I moved July 1st. I decided to move to be closer to work. So instead of taking the bus. I have a 15 min walk. I moved from a 1st floor to 3rd. I did that on purpose to force myself to move more. It took all summer of hard work before I finally see the results. 2 months of gaining a few pounds, but I wasn't giving up. there was no way I was going back to my old weight. I am happy my work paid off.
