On Friday am I weighed 116.6 lbs. On that night was CARD POKER, where we eat out and snack and snack and snack. PLAYED for 14hrs!!!!! Weighed in Sun the 30th and didn't gain much at all..I was amazed!! And SAT was No exercise, but have made up for them on Sunday. BACK ON TRACK USING MY OWN DIET!!! On MONDAY I will include 3 sets of my exercises instead of two sets..................................................................
