Today is the day!!! My fresh start and I am very stocked about it! I didn't do too bad over the weekend, but not great either...we played 5 games of softball on Sat so needless to say Sunday was very lazy and didn't do anything! Oh well, today is day 1 of detox and I am going to lose this weight once and for all! I am very pleased with where I am at and very happy that I am staying steady, but it is time to get these last 10 lbs off for good! I know with softball starting that I will get some great exercise in and I am very excited about that...but it is time and I won't give up this time!
Meals for the day:
Breakfast: Light & Fit Raspberry Yogurt
snack: Grapefruit
Lunch: Smoothie
snack: veggies
Dinner: salad

I'm right there with you...I think it is b/c Spring is here. I got in a "Spring Cleaning" mood Saturday and yesterday. I also worked how pretty hard yesterday. What a great feeling!! I'll work out about 3 hours tonight!! Whew!!!

I recall that we both were detoxing together in January. We both did well, but I got the flu and gained it all back after I got well. Anyway, I started detox again last week. I am on day 8! I feel so good. I know I am going to stay focused this time. I can't wait to see your number dip below 150! Good luck!
