hey guys and dolls sorry havnt been around for awhile..went out of town for a while and then stayed with relatives and friends...trying to get my last romps in before surgery which is coming really soon..so also havnt been keeping up with the atkins program, but since been getting alot of motion and movement have lost about 5-7 lbs..so im good with that...will start doing my diet menu and all again in a few weeks when i will be laid up for 7-8 weeks...but for now just trying to enjoy my life a bit i miss ya all..and also been talking about trying the weight watchers plan....will be reading up on several types of diets as i feel better having carbs...some carbs...seems i have more energy so im not really sure that since im older that the atkins plan is for me , especially with all my meds and stuff...so will keep ya posted....hope all are well..and i miss ya lots...take care..ts..peace and love darlene ^_^

been feeling really crazy sick and pain last few days..and have had a very low appetite as well...trying to eat some, but been eating more ibeprofen then anything and drinking lotsa fluids...feel like im losing water weight for that reason...but otherwise depressed as feel weak and horrible...glad i have here to come to to vent sorry if i bring anyone down with me as thats def not what im trying to do..guess just like getting ur love and support...it always feels good to be embrassed by friends..thanks love u guys..peace and hope ur having a good night and good health...^_^

already over carbs for the day as no food here to eat..and need to shop but bf has my car and wont get home from work till noonish..>.< i didnt feel like shopping yetserday as been feeling perty bad ...sick and the other ailments...so will get back on the weight train tomorrow and start over once again...have a nice day all dar

cant remember if i said this or not yet, but have been adding a wee bit of excercize....100 crunches and some stretching and arm retension excercizes to strengthen and firm up the upper body muscles...im sure thats gonna add to all my pain, but atleast it will be good pain..for a change..o.0 lol still not sleeping well...maybe a bit of stess as well as other things, but...trying to keep all in line as much as i can...anyways good night and sweet dreams ^_^

feel like im already ata stand still.... maybe its bc i was up all night drinking fluids bc ive been so dehydrated due to meds....and with kidney problem ..hard time urinating..idk..makes me discouraged. but will keep plugging away...ill get there eventually peace and have a good week.....dar
