Let's see. The initial 20 lbs should be easy if I am making the right kind of changes.

It's been a while since I have been here. I was below 300 around the holidays and I am not quite sure what my body is doing. I haven't changed eating habits.But I haven't been getting as much exercise..
Shortly after my last long in here, I went through a tremendously hard time. My boyfriend of almost 8 years had left me without any notice which pretty much made all food taste like eating your own heart, and I lost about 33 lbs the first month he was gone and then another 20 lbs the second month and it just kept falling off cause I didn't like eating. Everytime I ate the first couple months I got horribly ill after.. so I think the lowest I got was 283? Its been fluctuating about 10-15 lbs with in that for the last year or more until recently.
I have been doing recreational roller derby for the last year or so, less skating since this fall, need to get back to skating I am sure that has a lot to do with this gain too, also doing yoga--which I heart so much.. So my goal is to get a little under where I was. I am aiming for under 300 for the first goal and then 277 and then we will see. I hate thinking about numbers because that isn't what this is about for me. It is about feeling comfortable in my skin and clothes. And right now. I do not. I am not so far away. I know I can do it. I just need to be more conscious about what I put into my body.

I started this all up again a couple days ago. It's scary but i am trying to be nice and patient with myself.
