It's been long since I updated my journal but I never knew what to say. But today is a big day. Today, I am determined to graduate from 10 minutes of exercise to 15 minutes of exercise daily. Hopefully, that will help me get more active and be a little "less substantial." ;-)

Anyway, my weighing scale is responding but I've only been seeing 200g lost per week, which means that for me to get to my goal weight I need to wait around 20 months.

That prompted me to check another site and recalculate my RDI. My aim was to lose around half a kg (500g) a week. And I realized that I've been taking in a lot more calories than I should. Thankfully, they were still under what I spent and I have noticed the result.

On another note, I didn't cook the past few days and when I put the food in, I realized the difference between home cooked food and outside food. Even the leanest take away is wayyy more calorific than what I make at home. Granted, that my food requires a lot more effort, but I suppose I am worth the effort. No?
