I gained quite a bit after losing my phone but didn't log the increase after I got my new phone. I'm so glad to be back at 197 again. Logging food really helps a lot when trying to lose weight. I didn't realize how important it was for me until I couldn't. I gained quick and it took a while getting back to where I initially was. This whole ordeal has definitely shown me that FatSecret is a vital part of me losing weight. Without it, I gain. With it, I lose. To remedy this from ever happening again, I'm going to install FatSecret on my desktop. So no matter what happens with my phone, I'll still be able to log my food and count my calories. My next mini goal is 195 and I'm determined to get there. 👍 I hope you all have a wonderful day and a huge drop. 😃 Thank you, FatSecret for everything. 🙏
