It's been awhile. I lost my sign in. Started eating heavy foods, stews, chili with bread, desserts. Plus stopped golfing due to the cold. Am now in Florida, starting up a new schedule with golf, dance, swimming and renewed dedication to get to goal. It's so easy to fall off the wagon but I see others' postings and am ready to get back on track. So here we go!!

Attended a birthday party today post-golf. Great time, good company - of course, indulged in a tad too much food. Back to the grind tomorrow!

Drinking 8 oz water before bed...new resolution!! Had a great day playing golf - walked the course - good company - great weather. Hard to see the leaves "turning" already tho! Decided I'd aim for a lower weight as I'm so close to goal that perhaps a new goal will give me the extra boost!!

Trying to be a good tracker again. Hope the magic continues to work. Had a great day with friends then dins with family. My cat has had 6 healthy kittens and all is well. Life is good.

Haven't tracked in 17 days and it's a slippery slope. Back to tracking. Does anyone have any hints on how to I can manage to drink more water? I'm not a water drinker (except when I'm golfing) - easier to reach for a cool 67 cal beer, especially when it's hot. Tips, anyone? Thnx!!
