Surprised that weight has dropped. Been doing night shift which is hard as everyone shares food...yummy food. a
Also had some emotional things happen, so binge eating crap food. Stoppes recording what I ate as I was always in the red.
Back on track now. would rather have the energy than the instant gratification.

Very surprised that my weight is going down. Tracking calories and using a pedometer has helped alot. also not being so hard on muself and usong more weight training instead of cardio.

Glad the scales have gone down. but of a shocker of a week for food. working night shift is always hard, shared meals and it being seen as rude to not partake. However it did give me more time during the day to get my steps in and my weight training, thank goodness for consistency there!
Been tired and hungry this week. Usually 1 x week before a period I want to eat like a grizzly bear hibernating for 6 months 🤦🏿♀️
But was so glad that my hard work in the gym and general eating hasnt had an adverse effect on the scales. Listing every single item has me more accountable and aware of what and when I am eating.

Adjusting calorie intake and being totally honest about what im eating and drinking has had an instant reaction to the scales and my attitude towards food. Have purchased a pedometer to help count steps with a goal of 6-10k daily.

Adjusted my calorie intake for my movement all day to incorporate the physical exercise at work. Just included counting steps as well. Also being honest with everything that goes in my mouth. Found out I consume alot more 'empty' calories than I thought. Having a food and exercise diary seems to make me more accountable and consistant.
Hoping to be able to have this as a way of life compared to an obsession.
