Well, the weekend, while not an utter disaster, was not a success. I ate out twice, and went over points both days. I am back on track today, and am about to go out to the gym. I am up on the scale, and while not back at my starting point, have taken a bite out of my 2 pound loss last week. Maybe I can get back to where I was by WI on Wednesday. We'll see.

Have felt very "snacky" today, and will be over my points by the end of the day. In my defense, though, I did not eat crap-- I had a big bowl of muesli with almond milk (and muesli is 2 points per 1/4 cup!). I figure eating something that's good for me is still better than eating chips or Wheat Thins or BREAD, even if I do go over points. The kids wanted pizza tonight, and my husband ordered a grinder, but I got a Greek salad. It's going to be hard not to have what I really wanted, which was something in the calzone family, LOL. Feeling frustrated and a bit low, but glad that I chose to order salad.

Good "food" day today. I started out the morning with some high fiber cereal (Bob's Red Mill-- 10 g fiber per serving!!) and banana, and it's amazing how it's curbed my appetite for the rest of the day. With my exercise points for the day, I have 13 points for dinner. Yay!
Trying not to weigh myself until next Wednesday, my WI day. I am a daily weigher, but am trying to break myself of that frustrating and self-destructive habit.

Feeling good today, because the scale was down a full 1.5 pounds from yesterday! Scale said 210.5. I'm using Wednesday as my official weigh in day, and although I'm tempted to change my number above, I will let it ride until Wednesday.
Battling insomnia lately. I fall asleep fine, but I wake up around 3 am and cannot go back to sleep. Can't stand lying in bed awake, so I just get up. Sigh.
