Lost 6lbs. I know this was alot of water weight. Hope in my 2nd week to lose at least 3lbs. I think every 10 pounds is a dress size. Can't wait to fit into smaller clothes.

Loving all the beautiful fresh fruit that's available this time of year. I have never been big on fruit but I think my taist buds are growing up. Theres a great fruit stand in my neigborhood. With all kinds of fruits and veggies. Been trying lots of differant things.
Tomarrow is by daughters confrimation. So we will be taking her god mother and family out to dinner. Going to our favorite italian restaurant. They do have some healthy choices. I better stick to it! My off day is still 3days away.

I'm still on it! Came home to pizza and a bag of kettel chips. Husban was in charge of dinner. I didn't even pick a tomatoe off the pizza. I sure wanted to. Finished of the rest off my green shake. After that I was fine.
But I'm all out of my food that I cooked on monday. I'm going to have to get up early tomarrow and go to the store. And through something togther. This is were I normally fall off the wagon. I better get my butt out of bed!

Day2! Yesterday I felt great lots of energy and no cravings. Today started off the same way but now I'm feeling a littel draied. Not sure if it's adjusting to the diet or the stressful meeting I had today. Just know I felt like crap after the meeting and all I want to do now is sleep. And my head hurts. On a good note not having any strong food cravings.

Ok so I didn't quite get started today. But this evening I had a chance to go to the store get everything needed to eat healthy and start my diet. I cooked lots of veggies blended up a huge green shake and have my ground turkey defosting. Should be ready to cook in the morning.
The plan for tomarrow
30min walk
cook ground turkey
make a batch of cocao
Breakfast eggs w/ veggies & green shake
snack turkey jurky almonds
Lunch ground turkey veggies & green shake
snack protien shake w/bannana &cocao pwdr
Dinner spinach salad &turkey green shake
drinking lots of h2o and cocoa when needed.
this is the plan. And I'm sticking to it!
