Been walking every morning since mon. I even ran a little bit! Today was my cheat meal day. With in an hour I felt so sick and very tired. Had a head ache by 5:00. What's funny is I felt this way almost every day before startinf the fat lose diet. I think getting the artificial junk out has been a huge pluse. Not even look forward to my next cheat. At least no yet.

Still sticking with it. Worked out with kettle bells last night. Legs hurt. Think I will try to do that every other day.
Breakfast eggs w/spinach and a chicken sausage apple
snack almonds beef jerkie
lunch turkey meat balls squash mushrooms
protien shake
green shake
dinner tillapia greensw/tomatoes.

Husban and I went for a 3mile walk this morning. Love getting exercise out of the way at the begining of the day. Working up to start metabolic spark exercise. I'm going to start in a week.
