I am a 32 year old 6'5" 398 lb. male who has struggled with obesity all my life.I absolutely love doughnuts,cookies,pastries,and pies.Those foods and a lack of motivation are my weaknesses.I've decided to give the Atkins Diet another shot.About 7 years ago,my brother asked me to be his best man in his wedding.There was no way that I was going to get up in front of all those people and give my speech while being 100 lbs. overweight.Extremely motivated,I went on the Atkins Diet and lost 85 lbs. in just 5 months!! It was awesome.Unfortunately,after the wedding,I lost all my motivation,so I went back to my old ways of eating 6 doughnuts for breakfast,fast food,etc. I gained all of my weight back.So,here I am 7 years later.I am doing the Atkins diet for a 2nd time and so far so good!
