My name is Stephanie, I'm 25 years old and 5'5". I recently graduated with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and I'm currently pursuing a M.S. in Food Science. I have always been reasonably healthy and active and have maintained a healthy weight for most of my life. In the past two years, however, I've put on about 20lbs and at 150lbs, I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I've lost all muscle definition and I get winded performing basic activities. I'd like to get my eating habits back on track and get back into shape. At school I'm now surrounded by an array of food options and I have easy access to a very nice rec center, so I'm hoping to use these tools to my best advantage!
