I have been overweight most of my life. Despite my weight struggles, though, I have learned that in order to be successful, not only in weight loss but in life, you need to be happy with yourself and the body you are in. And, I am happy. Yes, I want to lose weight, but not because I am unhappy and dislike myself (because I don't). I just decided it is time to do something great for myself and start living a healthier lifestyle!
