Okay ... I just joined My FatSecret today, so I'm not sure how to use everything. I'm wondering ... how do I know how many calories I should be comsuming each day??? And ... how do I know how many grams of fat I should have? Help!

On the page where you enter your food, below the pie chart, there is a button to set your RDI. It is already claculated for you when you sign up, but you can re-calculate it and re-set it any time. I believe the rule is that 500 calories below your RDI will have you losing a pound a week, but you should never go below 1200. Your fat intake depends on the diet you are following, but a lowfat diet recommends you should be getting 20% of your daily calories from fat, 30% from protien, and 50% from carbs.
I see you joined the one step at a time challenge, so that should give you everything you need to know.
