More veggies, I need more veggies. My body is freaking out from all the protein I have been consuming and I'm dying for FIBER right now. I think I'm going to start adding in veggies for breakfast. Maybe a half of an avocado, maybe spinach or a cucumber salad. I haven't lost anything this week I think I'm still recovering from my dehydration over the weekend.
