I am having a really good week, I'm not weighing myself until Friday. I think a once a week weigh in will be better for me. I get upset if I look at the scale everyday. On a side note my the pants I bought just one month ago are falling off of me... my husband made the comment "I think you need to buy new pants." It's a good feeling. This is week 5 + 3 days.
