Day 6/90
Oh hi! Well i am feeling pretty fantastic today..i have some light mint colored denim on with a nude metallic flat and a dark grey shirt with my light grey leather coat and some bright bangles...I think one of the best parts about losing weight is the amount of clothes i have and the ability to enjoy them all when i am sitting around the 120 mark...i kepe forgetting how exciting it is to loose weight and how amazing i feel each and every day. Yesterday i had a super clean day..perhaps had one too many dried apricots after my workout but i crushed 400 calories in 40 minutes on the stair climber and then ran for 15 min only cuz my legs were gonna buckle and hit another 150..
Tonighter you ask? I train with my personal trainer for an hour and then a steady type of cardio perhaps rowing or stairs...it will be good to go back to my gym since i havent been since i was home from coachella and see all the regulars..i know i am going to get heat about not being there much but i think they will be pleasently surprised with my progress..its nice that this member ship allows you to go to any gym in the city that is a world health club..gives a good variety to the potential eye candy that is lurking about :) Last time i was at my regular gym, some dude pushed himself so hard he BARFED every where..dude. Sick. hahaha. #gladitwasntme
I noticed my sodium is looking a little high today so i am trying to figure out what is going to be best for me for dinner tonight..
