Its amazing what a day can do! I am already feeling loads better and back on track. :-) i have my meal plans already mapped out fir the week and am going to hit the grocery store and prep brown rice and hard bolied eggs for the week... Etc etc. Lots of water then out for a run and enjoy this glorious day. Have a good fun-day erryone
