FATTY!! FATHEAD!! OINKY GORDITA!!!!

Yes, those are my names. That's what I'm calling myself now...names my BEST FRIEND FOREVER assigned to me!! The gifts of friendship= 15 years of therapy to get over this psychological fat-girl complex---all given to me by my BFF!!! WHATAFRIEND, HUH?!! What a KEEPER!! Don't y'all just LOVE this friend o' mine? Everyone needs a great friend like her!! Someone who never lets you forget how FAT you ARE!!!

Well, this "oinky gordita" has been doing good on the contract..technically i've had to start over as of Saturday..so now I'm on day 3 of induction..not much changing. I need to shake things up a little. No more atkins bars..they seem to be stalling me. And to seriously count carbs. And to workout daily..have been slacking on that as of last Thursday..weekends always throw me!

Today's meals:
Brunch: Mediterannan salad at work with feta and ranch (3-4 c)
coffee 2 large ones with half and half and 6 splenda (6c)
Dinner:
Roasted fennel with olive oil, rosemary, chives, dried garlic, and parmesan



Mushroom soup with garlic, 1/2 onion (5c?), cream, butter, dried shitake mushrooms, veggie broth (5c),




And an HOMAGE TO that BFF, Vickie..here's a "V" and a "smile"--> (and also, V for victory, with a smile!)
Fennel, mushroom, and parmesan salad (with lemon, olive oil, and salt)
