looks great, for my diet I would have to drop the yolk and oils, but it looks fabulous.

Heat olive oil in skillet, add chipped garlic and sautee until fragrant. Add the vegetables except greens and sautee 10-12 min. Add greens and sautee about 3 min. Finish with a splash of apple cider vinegar and top with eggs. I didn't use a recipe ;)

Chopped or smashed. Not sure how to chip garlic, haha.

Veggies present: Okra, red onion, zucchini, summer squash, cherry tomatoes, beet greens, and arugula. Add the tomatoes with the greens. Prep the beet greens by boiling in salted water 2 min and then submerging in ice water. If you hate Okra slime, sear them in a very hot, dry skillet before sauteeing.
