Off the VLCD and on a 1100 calorie diet with the goal of loosing 10 lbs. in 4 weeks with one cheat day of 2200 calories a week. Maybe I should not call it a cheat day as it is not really cheating unless there is a calorie surplus. Going to have to think about what to call this "not 1100 calorie day".
Already down 5 lbs. but we all know that's water loss mostly. Hope those last 5 goes in two weeks if not three. I will lose my 10 lbs then, eat normally again, gain 5 lbs, then repeat. This leaves me 5 lbs lighter each time I restart all the way down to 170. That is the new plan today.
Eating 1100 calories sure sounds like a feast after the 700-800 but it is way harder to stick too daily which I suspect is due to those darn extra carbs causing my willpower to wane.
