I went over my calorie count a little today so I decided to go to the gym. I get free access to the school rec center with tuition and I don't know why I don't use it...well, it's partly because I don't have the time. However,I enjoyed it and I need to make time...I put good music on, alternating between jogging and walking, and zoned out. It was a nice time to have all to myself to think. Now I feel really good and I just got my girl to bed so I'm going to crash. I have a feeling I'll sleep well!
