Trying to lose weight isn't new to me. Not only have I tried but I've been successful at times. One thing I've noticed that makes it very difficult for me is the fact that my husband eats poorly. He is skinny and has no desire to change his eating habits. He supports my decisions but watching him eat pizza or cookies can be really difficult for me.

My husband used to be like that. He is very skinny and never really thought about it. I sat down with him and told him my goals and told him I needed his support so if he was going to eat the stuff I can not have he needed to ask if it is ok. If he wants pizza and it does not sound good to me then he can eat it in the same room. If it is something that I think sounds good and it would be a big temptation I ask him to either choose something different or go out and eat what he wants. He has been amazing with it. He eats a lot of his snacks at night after I have gone to bed so it is funny to see how much junk he had the night before by the wrappers on the counter. I wonder if you talk to him and tell him it is important to you to do this and you need his ACTIVE support by helping get rid of the temptations and not just supporting your overall goal.
